
Terms of Service
1. Our Services IT Cloud Fix
(“we,” “us,” or “our”), a trading name of Shahram Zarafshan, provides managed IT support, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting services. By signing a payment or Direct Debit mandate, you agree to pay for these services as described in your individual service agreement.
2. Payments & Billing
All recurring and one-off payments are processed via our authorised payment partners, including Mollie B.V. and Stripe. You will receive an "Advance Notice" email at least 3 business days before any funds are debited via Direct Debit.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your service and any recurring payment mandate at any time by providing 30 days' notice via email to Help@ITCloudFix.co.uk.
Refunds: Refunds for services already rendered are not provided. If a billing error occurs, please contact us immediately for a correction.
4. Liability
We provide our IT services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any data loss resulting from third-party software or hardware failures.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
